The St Leger Chardonnay is a classic Burgundy style wine. Made only in exceptional years, this wine faithfully draws the characteristics of the vintage through the soil & vines into the bottle, with little intervention.

Parcels of cool climate fruit sourced from the Elgin area are gently barrel fermented and slowly matured in a combination of terracotta amphorae and mainly new french oak. The result is a balanced powerful Chardonnay that allows the eloquent aromatics and flavours of the grapes to be fully expressed.
